The Quantum-Nano Fabrication and Characterization Facility (QNFCF) is a core scientific research platform operating under the University of Waterloo's Office of Research.
The QNFCF operates ISO 4/5/6 cleanrooms in the Lazaridis Quantum-Nano Centre in addition to multiple satellite labs in the QNC, RAC1 & RAC2 buildings.
Registered Members receive extensive hands-on training & benefit from access to detailed standard operating procedures and baseline nanofabrication processes.
