QNFCF now open to existing and new lab members (both UWaterloo and non-UWaterloo affiliated).

- Non-UWaterloo members (only): please submit Assumption of Risk Waiver and Indemnity Form
- Apply for entry (login required): Facility Access Application Form (COVID-19 constraints)
