Launch of new WCMS website

As a complement to the QNFCF's existing Plone-based website which serves as a document repository for existing lab members (and which will remain active), a new, general information QNFCF website that makes use of the University of Waterloo's Waterloo Content Management System (WCMS) has been launched:
