QNC cleanroom normally open 24/7

While the QNC cleanroom is normally accessible on a 24/7 basis, access is NOT PERMITTED during:

  • Christmas holiday shutdowns 
  • Planned shutdowns for facility maintenance or upgrades 
  • Emergency situations

Please Note

  1. Periods of restricted access are typically announced via email and via signs placed at all access points.

  2. Unless otherwise noted, weekend operating hours are in effect during most statutory holidays. Note that the facility is not staffed during holidays. 

  3. Thus during statutory holidays, ENTRY Level equipment users may *only* use the tools (on which they have been trained) listed under the "Exceptions" portion of the Hours of Operation policy.
