Guidelines for requesting visitor access

On an exceptional basis, existing lab members in good standing may bring visitors into the facility provided each of the following conditions are met: 

  1. A request must be submitted via email to a member of the QNFCF Team at least two weeks in advance of the planned visit. The name(s) and affiliation(s) of the visitor(s) must be listed in the request.

  2. No more than three (3) visitors are permitted at once. Possible exceptions will be handled on a case by case basis.

  3. For safety/liability reasons, the lab member making the request and his/her visitor(s) must be accompanied by a member of the QNFCF Team for the entire duration of the visit.

  4. Visitors must wear a "Visitor" badge while in the facility (badge will be provided by staff).

Please Note:

The QNFCF reserves the right to disallow a visit if it deems the requested day/time to be too disruptive to facility operations or if no staff members are available to accompany the group at the requested time. Efforts will be made to accommodate the request but no guarantee can be made.
